I loved exceptionally nice location of this property.
my suite had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel tv. it had a big size bathroom, which is always an advantage.

Compared to my previous stays, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. the staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. the location was superb, just a short walk from all the main attractions such as the Verona Arena and Romeo's House, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot. the room had a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There were a couple of downsides that could be improved upon. the lighting in the room was a bit dim, especially considering the lack of natural light due to the basement location.
